At Giftologer gifting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including opened software, gift cards, and personalized products. Please check the product description for specific return information.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
